How are your commercial rates structured, and what is included?

My rates are flexible to suit varying business needs, from single product shots to full-scale event coverage.

What kind of usage rights (licensing) do I receive with the images?

All packages from the 'On your Marks!' tier upwards include a perpetual, non-exclusive license for commercial use across your company's internal and external marketing platforms (website, social media, print material, etc.). This ensures you can use the images freely to promote your business without worrying about recurring fees.

We need corporate headshots for a large team. How do you handle consistency?

I specialize in consistent corporate branding. I use portable, professional lighting and a fixed backdrop (if needed) to ensure every team member's image is visually uniform. I can set up at your office location across Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridgeshire for maximum convenience and minimal staff disruption.

How long does it take to receive the final commercial images?

The turnaround time depends on the project size. For smaller sessions (like 'On Your Marks!'), final images are typically delivered within 3 business days. For large full-day shoots or 'Fully Commercial' event coverage, delivery is generally within 7-10 business days. We will agree on the exact delivery schedule before the shoot.

Can you travel to our offices/event venue outside of Bury St Edmunds?

Yes. I offer on-location photography throughout all of Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridgeshire. Travel within this service area is already factored into the package rates, providing you with hassle-free booking and flexible location options.
