My pet is very energetic/nervous. How do you handle their behaviour?

Please don't worry! Patience is my most valuable tool. My sessions are designed to be low-stress, allowing time for your pet to acclimatize to the environment and the camera. We use positive reinforcement, treats, and plenty of short breaks. We follow their lead, focusing on capturing their true personality whether they are playful or shy, never forcing a pose.

Where is the best place to hold the pet photography session?

The best location is usually where your pet is happiest and most comfortable! This can be your own garden, a favourite local park, a quiet field, or a specific trail. I shoot on-location throughout Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridgeshire, and we will discuss the best spot for safety and lighting during our pre-session consultation.

Can I be included in the photos with my pet?

Absolutely! I strongly encourage you to jump in for some portraits. Capturing the incredible bond between you and your animal companion is often the most important part of the session. We will take time for relaxed shots of you interacting, cuddling, or walking together.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor shoot?

Since we rely on good natural light, if the weather forecast predicts heavy rain, strong winds, or conditions that would make your pet uncomfortable, we will happily reschedule your session to the next available date that works for you, at no extra charge.

How soon after the session will I receive my final images?

You will receive your final, high-resolution, fully edited images via a private online gallery within 48 hours of your session. This ensures you can enjoy and share those beautiful memories of your best friend almost immediately!
