Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Securing Your Date

• Non-Refundable Retainer: A retainer of £50 is required to officially book and hold your session date.
• Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
• Deduction: This £50 will be deducted from the total balance of your chosen package.

2. Payment Process

• Method: Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer.
• Instructions: Specific bank details (Account Name, Number, and Sort Code) will be provided on the "Success" screen and via email immediately after you click "Submit" on the booking form.
• Timeline: The retainer must be paid within 24 hours of form submission to prevent the date from being released to other clients.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Notice Required: At least 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule your session. If proper notice is given, your retainer can be transferred to a new date.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may result in the full session fee being due.
• Weather: For outdoor sessions, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to unsafe or poor weather conditions at no extra cost to the client.

4. On the Day

• Punctuality: Sessions begin strictly at the agreed-upon time.
• Late Arrival: Any time lost due to late arrival will be deducted from your total session duration.

5. Usage & Delivery

• Model Release: By booking, you agree that images may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise discussed.

Final Delivery: Edited images will be delivered via a digital gallery within the timeframe specified in your selected package.
